About Beverly Wilshire apts and Reviews
At Beverly Wilshire you'll find remarkably designed one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes to stretch out in.
Patios and Balconies oversee panoramic views, while providing extra storage for the things we collect in life. Wood-burning fireplaces take the chill off the mornings, while built in bookshelves and garden tubs add coziness and warmth. Mirrored wardrobe doors, and large bathroom vanities, with overhead deco-lighting show our attention to detail. Closets are generous for the clothes we hope never go out of style. Ceiling fans on 9-foot ceilings, with crown molding spread southern breezes throughout your new home. Washer and Dryer connections are ready for your convenience, as well as full-sized sets available for lease. Spacious kitchens with European cabinetry offer fresh, easy to work with color schemes that round out this living experienceReviews:

When my roommate and I moved in, signing our lease and the entire process was great! However, about halfway through our lease, the property manager changed, and things started going downhill from there. The biggest point of contention being that the property manager 1) doesn't know how to post residents' statements on time, and 2) when she posts them AFTER the late fees start being incurred, she doesn't waive the late fees since it was her fault anyways. And when confronted about this, we were simply told that we "should have called." Obviously, it was too much to ask for her to "do her job." I'm pretty sure coercing us to pay late fees even though we've always paid our rent on time is illegal -- something called "stealing", right? Also, if you do have the misfortune to rent here and have a billing complaint, DON'T give your apartment number when you're in the office with the property manager -- she will change your billing statement manually as you speak to her. If you see something off with your bill, take screenshots before bringing it up or putting in a request, because she will change it, too.Long story short, everyone in the leasing office is completely inept, and it's pretty apparent that no minimum IQ is required to work here. I highly recommend you rent elsewhere -- there are better, cheaper complexes down Hollister WITHOUT the cluster that is the Beverly Wilshire administrative staff.

False advertisements, rude and unprofessional staff, horrible spider problem, parking is horrid. Lived here for a year would NOT rent again. Falsely advertises that they have internet connections in all apartments which they do not & if you ask staff to fix it they give you the run around & never do it and would not reimburse for the wasted money on purchasing internet that I could then not use. Does not post your rent until the very date it becomes late & then charges late fees for their oversight. This is theft through manipulation & coercive acts & I would highly suggest renting elsewhere.
